One-tap setup

Download the IronGuard profile, then approve it in Settings. Protects Safari and every app system-wide.

Download IronGuard profile
  1. iPhone / iPad: after download, open Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install (top right) → enter passcode → Install.
  2. Mac: open the downloaded file → System Settings → Profiles → double-click IronGuard DNS → Install.
  3. That's it. Your device now runs on IronGuard's encrypted DNS.

Private DNS (Android 9+)

Android has encrypted DNS built in. No app needed.

  1. Open Settings → Network & internet → Private DNS
    (On Samsung: Settings → Connections → More connection settings → Private DNS)
  2. Choose Private DNS provider hostname
  3. Enter the hostname below and tap Save

Windows 11 (encrypted DNS)

  1. Open Settings → Network & internet → your connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) → Hardware properties
  2. Next to DNS server assignment, click Edit
  3. Switch to Manual, turn on IPv4
  4. Set Preferred DNS to the IP below, and DNS over HTTPS to On (automatic template)

Windows 11 22H2+ supports DoH. On older Windows, use the plain IPv4 above.
